Every foot is different. During a consultation, Dr. Sullivan can review your foot, explain which minimally invasive procedure may be appropriate, and discuss what kind of correction is realistic for your anatomy and goals.
All after photos are taken 8 weeks after surgery. Some swelling is still expected at that stage, so feet typically continue to look better and better each week as healing progresses.

Many patients have more than a simple bunion. These examples show severe bunions, toe crowding, and hammertoe correction performed as part of a broader forefoot correction plan.

This severe bunion deformity was treated with a minimally invasive bunionectomy, second and third metatarsal osteotomies, and a fourth hammertoe correction to improve the bunion and help bring the lesser toes out of valgus. The after photo is about 8 weeks after surgery, so swelling and early scar tissue are still expected to continue improving.

Complex Revision Example
Some patients come to us after prior surgery or after being told there are limited options. Revision cases are evaluated individually, but minimally invasive techniques can be helpful in selected complex cases.
Complex Revision After Prior Fusion And Toe Amputation Elsewhere
This revision case involved straightening the big toe with a small osteotomy near the big toe joint, plus metatarsal osteotomies and hammertoe corrections of toes 3, 4, and 5. The patient had a previous fusion and a prior second-toe amputation by another provider.

All after photos are taken 8 weeks after surgery, when some swelling is still expected and the foot generally continues to improve week by week. Outcomes vary based on deformity severity, bone quality, healing, compliance with postoperative instructions, other foot problems, and the final procedure plan selected after examination.
